Prestonett Waterproof Masonry Filler 1kg

Prestonett Waterpoof Masonry Filler is a professional cement based powder filler which dries to a light grey. Use  for repairing interior and exterior concrete, stone, brick and block and mortar surfaces. Do not apply on plaster substrates. It's an excellent alternative to Toupret, and is ideal for repairing reinforced concrete substrates - providing protection against the carbonation process.

Prestonett Waterpoof Masonry Filler, fills holes, cracks and gaps up to 15mm application thickness. It's quick and easy to mix and is waterproof. It can be be overcoated with any standard paint or wallpaper.

Dilution ratio for filling: 0.20 Litre of water to 1 kg of powder filler. Dilution ratio for levelling: 0.25 Litre of water to 1 kg of powder filler. Gradually pour the powder into water, stirring until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Can be applied immediately. Working time: 30 minutes. Coverage: 1.2kg of powder fills a volume of 1 litre. Drying Time: Minimum of 48 hours after application depending on drying conditions.

Application: Fill the cavity thoroughly, taking care to line the bottom while expelling any air, and level the surface with the surrounding substrate. Do not apply when air or substrate temperatues are below 8 deg C., or above 30 deg C.  Do not apply above 65% Relative Humidity.

Use on: fine-grain concrete, concrete, cellular concrete, cement, concrete block, brick,  stone. Do not use on plaster. Preparation: Substrates must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry.
